If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
Unfulfilled Services: If you have prepaid for a service that we were unable to complete due to unforeseen circumstances, you are eligible for a full refund.
Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, we will either rework the job at no additional cost or issue a partial refund based on the nature of the issue.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel a scheduled service at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.

If the issue arises due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, pest infestations, or property damage that was pre-existing.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid any cancellation fees.
If a service is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
